Mandatory Parent Meeting

At least one parent per family is required to attend this meeting. It will be hosted in the Virginia Manor Clubhouse and also streamed on Zoom. All information regarding the season will be presented. It is important that all families, even returning families, attend. |

Team Suit Fittings

Please come to our suit fitting on Tuesday, April 8 from 7:15-9:15 PM at Propel Swim Academy (43160 Amberwood Plaza, South Riding, VA 20152)! We have new suits this season. All swimmers must have a team suit for meets. Make sure your swimmer has underwear for the fitting. More information about suits can be found here. If you have any questions, please email [email protected] and someone will get back to you within 24 hours. |

New Swimmer Evaluations
Propel Swim Academy

Please do not sign up for an evaluation unless and until Coach Laura has contacted you and instructed you to do so. New swimmers on the Dulles Farms Swim Team must be evaluated and placed prior to the start of the season. Swimmers who were in the Minis program last year may also need to be evaluated. Please sign up for a time to come to Propel Swim Academy for your evaluation. Siblings may come together. The address is 43160 Amberwood Plaza, South Riding, VA 20152. Please arrive early to ensure you are present for your scheduled time. Don't forget goggles. Your swimmer will be in the water with a coach for about ten minutes to assess their current skill level. 2025 Summer Swim Interest Meeting

The Dulles Farms Swim Team interest meeting will be on Thursday, February 13, 2025 at 7:30 PM. A Zoom link will be sent out prior to the meeting. Any new families interested in joining and all returning families are welcome to join. We will discuss what a swim season entails, expectations, and upcoming dates. Hope to see everyone there! |

Swimmers & their families welcome! Please join the team for swimming, music, food, and awards! The team will provide the main course, with buffet sign ups for sides, desserts, and drinks. Please RSVP so we are sure to order the correct amount of food for everyone. Sign up to bring side dishes, desserts, and drinks. Volunteers are needed for this event to help with food and cleanup. |

Pasta Dinner & Pep Rally

Come participate in a pasta party and pep rally at the Virginia Manor Clubhouse. The pasta dinner will start at 5:30 pm with the pep rally beginning around 6:30 pm. We are finalizing details, but anticipate there will be a per person cost for swimmers and their family members participating in the pasta dinner. |

Donut Friday #5

Seven volunteers are needed to purchase and bring donuts to their swimmer's practice on Friday, July 19th. Each volunteer needs to bring two dozen (24) donuts to the start of their selected practice time. The practice times and number of volunteers needed are defined as:
