Warm ups will be held at OUR HOME POOL, not at Stone Ridge. Please arrive at Dulles Farms at 7:00 AM for a twenty minute warm up. Swimmers will then drive to Stone Ridge for the meet. Allow ample time to drop off swimmers, park, and walk back. Second half swimmers will have an opportunity to warm up during the mid meet break at Stone Ridge. |

There are no junior coaches in the water. Please sign up for each day that your child needs to attend this earlier practice. If you have multiple swimmers attending, please email us to add additional kids. |
