Our swim team operates successfully because of the support and dedication from all families. Each family is required to complete volunteer obligations which are tracked via a point system. The specific number of required points will be determined after registration has been completed.

To hold families accountable, a $500 conditional volunteer fee* will be applied to this registration but will only be charged to the pre-approved credit card after the season is over if the family does not meet its volunteer obligation. Fees will be assessed at a rate of $50 per missing volunteer point, up to $500. For example, if your family only fulfills 12 points but there are 15 required points, you will be charged $150 for three missing points. If your family does meet their volunteer points, then the conditional fee will be lifted and the credit card information will no longer be stored.

New this 2025 season, we are trying a "buy out" option. For families who do not want to help the team by volunteering, you can pay a one time fee of $400 on or before May 1, 2025. This will remove the volunteer requirement from your family. The fees will be used to offset the cost of not having as many volunteers for events throughout the season.

*The pre-approval is not a "hold" on the card but is an authorization for your card details to be stored temporarily by the payment system for future use should payment be necessary. If your family meets its volunteer obligation the conditional fee will be lifted, and credit card information will no longer be stored.
