Dear Devil Ray Families,

As we wrap up the season, please make plans to pick up any ribbons, medals, photos, spirit wear, team shirts, and other items from your family folder. Folders will be available during all practices on the following dates:

• Friday, July 17 (7:30 AM through 10:30 AM, and at the Pasta Party from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM)
• Monday, July 20 (8:30 AM to 9:30 AM)
• Friday, July 24 (8:30 AM to 9:30 AM)

The folders are also currently at practice today (Thursday, July 16) until 10:30.

All swimmers who participate in Divisionals will receive either a medal or a ribbon, so be sure to check your folder after the meet. Some folders still contain unclaimed spirit wear and team shirts, and we'd hate to see those items go to waste.

If your swimmer was unable to attend the Awards Party this past Monday, their 2026 team medal is also available for pickup along with their ribbons and other items. If you would like us to place the medal in your family folder for convenient pickup, simply reply to this email and let us know. We will be happy to add it to your folder.

Any items remaining in folders after Friday, July 24 at 9:30 AM will be disposed of. Please help us clear out the folders by picking up everything that belongs to your family during one of the dates above.
