What an incredible start to our 2026 summer season! Here is your weekly breakdown of everything you need to know for the upcoming week.

🏊♂️ Celebrating a Great Start!

• Time Trials Success: A huge congratulations to all the swimmers who participated in Time Trials! It was fantastic to see all the kids working hard and showing off their skills. Your official Time Trials results are now posted on the team website, so be sure to check them out
• Kick-Off Pool Party: Thank you to everyone who came out for the Kick-Off Pool Party. It was wonderful hanging out with the entire team, catching up with veterans, and welcoming our new families. We are looking forward to a fantastic summer together!
  

🚨 Important Action Items & Schedule Changes

🗓️ Home Meet Declarations (Kirkpatrick Farms)

Our first home meet is this Saturday!

Deadline: You must declare whether your swimmer is attending or missing the meet by Wednesday, June 10 at 11:30 PM. Please log into the website to update your swimmer's status.

🛑 Friday, June 12: No Practice & YES Pep Rally!

There will be NO regularly scheduled practice on Friday, June 12. Instead, we are celebrating the end of the school year and gearing up for our first meet with a Team Pep Rally!

• Time: TBD (We will send out the exact timeframe as soon as it's locked in!)
• Come out, join the fun, and bring your team spirit!
  

📸 Team Picture Day Details (Olsen Photography)

Mark your calendars! Team Picture Day is next week!

• When: Friday, June 19th
• Time: 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM (Please arrive promptly at 7:15 AM in your team swimsuit!)
• Where: Virginia Manor Pool
• Practice Note: There is no team practice on this day.

🛒 Ordering Information

Please note that Olsen Photography has transitioned to an online-only ordering system—cash and checks will not be accepted at the pool.

• How to Order: Go to www.olsonphotography.com and use the access code: SWIM
• Important Step: To avoid late fees, please place your order by picture day. Once you order online, you will receive an order number via email. You must write this order number on the physical photo slip provided at the shoot and hand it to the photographer.
