Important 2026 Season Updates & Deadlines
As the 2026 Devil Rays swim season approaches, we have several important updates and key dates for our families.
We are currently seeking team Sponsors for the upcoming season. Sponsorship is a great way for local businesses to connect with hundreds of community families while supporting the team. To have a logo included on the official 2026 team shirt, all sponsorship materials must be submitted by April 10. Our Spirit Wear Shop is now open and will be accepting orders through April 15 at midnight. This is a great opportunity to gear up in Devil Rays red and black while supporting the team, as a portion of all proceeds goes directly back to our program. Please click here to order spirit wear.
We will also be hosting a team fundraiser at Manhattan Pizza in South Riding on April 15 from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. A percentage of all dine-in and carryout orders will benefit the team when customers mention the Devil Rays. Be sure to bring the flyer or reference the team when placing your order.
Families should plan to order the official team swimsuit as soon as possible. All swimmers are required to wear the team suit for Time Trials and all official meets. Ordering early helps ensure availability and timely delivery. A team suit fitting date will be announced soon. Click here to order the team suit and other important swimming accessories.
Finally, please mark your calendars for our Mandatory Parent Meeting on May 7 at 7:30 PM at the Virginia Manor Clubhouse. We ask that at least one parent or guardian from each family attend.
